Inspection: Both sides of the bolts will develop a flat spot after a certain amount of service. If the bolts are broken, missing, or worn to less than 1/4" in thickness, the entire assembly will need to be replaced. Both sides of the truck will need to be replaced at the same time. There is no need to shop car for bolt wear.
