Miner is pleased to announce the addition of the YSD™ Plastic Pellet gate to our outlet gate line.
The Double Groove III outlets have new seals to keep flood water out while retaining the very finest powder products.
Valve and interior are free of obstructions such as center supports, unground welds and ledges that can collect product residue and make complete cleaning difficult.
Valve can also be opened to full length "clean and wash-out" position with a simple 90° rotation of the handle to the right or left.
Reinforced bolting flages control scalloping during application to car.
Valves and hoppers are anodized inside and out to provide easy to clean surfaces and improved product flow. Anodizing also minimizes the effects of weathering.
Enlarged opening permits:
- Higher conveying rate 3-1/2" OD round probefor easier manual sampling
- Easier swabbing during cleaning
Bold-on transition casting - results in quicker field repair. Outlet does not need to be removed from car for replacement of transition casting.
Caps available in aluminum or plastic.
Double hinges keep cap off rail and prevent damage.
Stainless steal knob allows adjustment of gasket compression on hinged side.
3" diameter valve can be roated to a fill open, near side/far side position for final clean and "wash out".
Clean bore design and simplicity of operation (one moving part) permit (1) man cleaning without disassembly.
Single-arm handle permits valve to rotate to wash-out position without disengagement of handle. This feature can be added to existing double-groove outlets with common tools for an on-the-car upgrade.
Interlocking cap keeps valve in "off" position during transit.
