Serving W.H. Miner and it's subsidiaries, Miner Enterprises' Research and Development Department offers one of the most complete test facilities in the railroad industry. The department consists of a comprehensive physical test laboratory, a railcar impact test track and the capability to perform unmanned field testing.

Staffed with engineers and technicians having years of background in railroad testing, the department provides accurate, efficient and state-of-the-art product development and quality assurance testing and support for W.H. Miner and it's subsidiaries.

These capabilities allow Miner to produce a full range of innovative and superior products for its customers worldwide. The Research and Development Department offers many of its testing services to outside railroad industry customers on a contract basis.
